Kiara Latson

Director, Training and Development

Kiara Latson joined Lion Real Estate Group as Director of Training & Development in 2025, bringing more than 15 years of multifamily experience and a proven leadership record of designing impactful educational and development strategies. Throughout her career, she maintained the passion for People, believing that her purpose is to equip and empower property management teams with the tools, knowledge, and confidence that they need to succeed. 

In her role, she leads the creation and execution of company-wide training initiatives that will strengthen team performance, improve employee retention, and drive operational excellence throughout a robust and growing portfolio. Kiara is dedicated to developing scalable programs to help team members deliver exceptional resident experiences and ultimately help the firm reach income revenue goals.

Before joining Lion, Kiara served as Regional Training Director at Highmark Residential, where she built and launched innovative training initiatives, and performance coaching frameworks across multiple regions for over 100 communities. Kiara holds a B.S. in Political Science from Florida A&M University and an MBA , along with a Product Management Certification from CareerFoundry. In her spare time, she enjoys interior design, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
