Steve Maxwell joined Lion Real Estate Group in 2025 as Director of Maintenance and Capital Projects. With over 30 years of experience in maintenance and facilities management under his belt, Steve has proven to be a leader in the development and maximization of efficient operations throughout varies real estate sectors. He successfully oversaw operations in his field of expertise for both residential and military housing communities, as well as in various other capital projects, where his contribution ensured asset preservation and decreased expenses for the owners. Steve started his career in commercial facilities maintenance at Green Hills Mall in Nashville, Tennessee, later transitioning to multifamily for the subsequent 7 years for various Property Management companies in Tennessee as well. Over the past 22 years, Steve focused on military housing, where he dedicated his efforts on improving the lives of service members and their families by implementing facilities management efficiencies, innovated training and collaboration with all parties involved. Developing a strong team is at the core of his vision, ensuring that the firm has team members that are highly trained, grounded in customer service and dedicated to exceeding expectations.
