Alison Brown

President and Chief Operating Officer

Alison Brown brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to Lion Real Estate Group, with a career spanning property operations, asset management, and investment strategy. As President and Chief Operating Officer, she helps architect Lion’s strategy and leads company-wide operations, aligning people, systems, and execution to support growth and financial performance. Her specialty is scaling organizations and building the infrastructure needed to support enterprise transformation.

Before joining Lion, Alison served as President of Bridge Property Management and Deputy Chief Investment Officer for Bridge’s Workforce and Affordable Housing strategy. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Operations at LivCor, a Blackstone portfolio company, she was responsible for driving enterprise financial performance across a nationwide network of more than 50 property management companies. At Steadfast, she managed a national portfolio and helped build the operating infrastructure to support the company’s expansion from affordable into market-rate housing. Earlier in her career, Alison spent more than 13 years at Equity Residential in field and corporate roles, following her start at The Ritz-Carlton.

Alison builds teams by identifying what each person does best and putting those strengths to work, and she fosters a culture where people genuinely support one another. She is a tenacious advocate for residents, team members, and investors alike. She brings an investor’s perspective to operational decisions and an operator’s understanding to investment strategy, and she believes lasting performance comes from pairing financial discipline with real care for the people who live and work in Lion’s communities.
