Kelly joined Lion in 2023 as Executive Assistant to Lion’s Co-CEO/Co-Founder Jeff Weller and now serves as Investor Relations Associate. She brings hands-on industry experience, high-net-worth client relationship expertise, and a strong background in communications to her role in supporting capital relationships and investor communications from the firm’s Nashville headquarters. A native of Washington D.C., Kelly’s relationship-forward approach to capital stewardship is cultivated by over a decade of client-facing experience in residential and commercial real estate. She began her career as Executive Assistant to the CEO of a luxury restaurant group in Beverly Hills and Orange County before returning home to Washington D.C. to leverage her skills into a rewarding career in real estate—selling for the number-one-ranked team nationally at Keller Williams, the country’s leading residential brokerage franchise. Following a move to the Midwest, she transitioned into commercial real estate to support operations of a family office based in Hendersonville, Tennessee, deepening her exposure to private capital and asset operations. Kelly graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Communication and Public Relations from the Annenberg School.
