Ben joined Lion Real Estate Group in 2021 to run multifamily acquisitions and now leads all fundraising and capital markets activities for the firm. Ben is responsible for overseeing capital raising across funds and co-investments, driving the firm’s debt and equity capital strategies, and cultivating and managing relationships with current and prospective investors. Prior to joining Lion, Ben was the Project Manager of Acquisitions at Bedrock Management Services LLC, a full-service real estate investment firm based in Detroit. In this role, Ben was responsible for sourcing and acquiring properties across all asset types, including office, hospitality, industrial, parking, and development land, to add to Bedrock’s 25,000,000 + square-foot portfolio. In addition to acquisitions, Ben was responsible for economic development-related initiatives, including district planning, tenant attraction, and leasing. Ben graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics and was also a member of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program within the Ross School of Business.
